CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS
All reservations in high and peak season require an initial 25% deposit plus an additional 25% deposit by 4 weeks before arrival.

High Season (Jan 6th to Mar 21st & Jun 15th to Aug 31st):
There is no cancellation fee if reservation is canceled 3 weeks or more before arrival. If canceled between 3 to 2 weeks a 1 night cancellation fee applies, between 2 weeks and 1 week a 2-night fee is charged and 1 week or less before arrival the deposit of 50% is non-refundable.

Peak Season (23rd of December - 5th of January + Easter Week) + Long Weekends (i.e. Carnival, Jazz Festival etc.):
Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to arrival - No charge. Cancellations less than 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to arrival - 2 nights charge Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, no-shows and early check-out - 100% charge of your stay. During peak season we require 100% pre-payment.
All credit card payments have an additional charge of 7%.
A different cancellation policy may apply for certain reservations. You will be informed at the time of your booking.
